Don’t forget to notify WSNA to ensure that your member­ship infor­ma­tion is correct and that you are not overpaying dues. Your employer may not inform WSNA of these changes in a timely fashion… It’s up to you!

For changes to your name, phone number, email or home address, please use the web form below. To make changes to infor­ma­tion affecting your dues, including payment method, member­ship category, or taking a leave of absence, please use the PDF form instead.
